Why You Should Make Us Your Supplier
Our orchids sell themselves. We have many customers who place an order for the spring season then call us the following week to tell us they sold out and want more right away! And we fulfill their request right away. We work long hours during the spring season shipping and shipping and shipping. (We're one of the few nurseries in Florida where our employees actually look forward to a relaxing summer; spending hot days in a cool lab.)
Our goal is to get plants to you when you need them. Of course, there are holidays when we never have enough. Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day. But we will not mislead you, tell you we have plenty and then cancel the order. We never confirm any orders unless we know we have plants available.
We provide a consumer website for your customers questions. As you know, customers are no longer looking for a product they are looking for an experience. Our website turns our product into an experience and allows the experience to continue. Orchids are not average plants that come with average directions. Your customers will want detailed directions on how to repot, how to have repeat blooms, and how to solve problems that may arise. Our consumer website does all of this!
As our business grows we will add additions to our website including newsletters that let customers know when they need to repot and remind them you are a resource for fresh soil and pots.
