Our Greenhouses
Nearly thirty years ago we opened our nursery as Woody Ornamental Liner propagators but, over the past few years, converted solely to orchids. Our greenhouses are changed as needed to accommodate the varying needs of orchids. Hurricane Charley helped by damaging over 80% of our greenhouses, which was a silver lining as they are fresher and newer than ever!
In 2003 we began the giant task of creating an air-conditioned facility to produce blooming Phalaenopsis year round. The concept works successfully but we always experiment on optimizing efficiency and use the learning process for planning the next bigger and better facility.
